Submitting an appeal
An appeal asks Complade to reconsider a certification decision concerning your organization. Email info@complade.com to submit a request or obtain the complete appeals policy.
Information to include
- Your organization’s name and contact details for its authorized representative.
- The decision concerned, its date and the application or certificate reference if known.
- Your reasons for the appeal and relevant supporting evidence.
- The outcome or clarification you are requesting.
Independent review
The appeal is reviewed by people who were not involved in the decision being challenged. The current controlled policy sets out the applicable arrangements. Request it from Complade for the steps and deadlines relevant to your submission.
