Registry search log
When you submit a registry search, Complade records the date and time, search text, result references, IP address and available technical details: browser, platform, language, referring page without query parameters, approximate location, network and connection protocol. We use this information for registry security and oversight. These records may contain personal information and are not treated as anonymous.
Access to this log through the website is restricted to the authorized owner account. Entries are available for 30 days; older entries are deleted on the next search or log access. This feature does not collect additional tracking cookies, passwords, authentication credentials or precise device location. This server-side log is separate from optional analytics and chat tools.

Cookies and website tools
This section applies to www.complade.com. The portal at app.complade.com is a separate service.
We use Google Analytics to measure visits, Microsoft Clarity to analyse interactions through heatmaps and session recordings, and Zoho SalesIQ for chat and visitor tracking. Google Tag Manager loads our Clarity integration. Snitcher uses visit data, including IP addresses, to help identify visiting organizations and understand interest in our services. It measures pageviews and sessions by default without persisting visitor identity across sessions. Allowing optional analytics enables recognition across sessions. Disabling these tools stops Snitcher from loading. These services may process browser identifiers, device information and browsing data.
You can disable these tools here. Your choice is stored for 180 days. Disabling stops them from loading after the page reloads and clears known accessible first-party cookies from these tools. It does not delete previously transmitted data or cookies controlled by third parties.
We use the approximate country and region supplied by our hosting provider from the connection, together with browser language, to suggest language and calculator headquarters. Saved choices take priority. We do not request precise device location. The detected country is also used to apply geographic access restrictions. complade_language and complade_hq remember your language and headquarters selections for one year. Embedded YouTube players use youtube-nocookie.com and load with the page. Your browser connects to YouTube; playback starts when you press play.
Event registration
We collect your name and email to manage your registration and send the calendar invitation and session communications. Google Calendar and Google Meet process these details to provide the service. Guest lists are hidden before invitations are sent. Participants may still be visible during the meeting. Registration does not create a marketing subscription.
Website registration records are removed after 90 days. Calendar invitations retained in Google Calendar are managed separately. To cancel or request deletion, email privacy@complade.com.
Self-assessment and readiness discussion
Questions come before the name and company email fields, which we request at the end to prepare your report. Progress is saved in local storage on this device for seven days after your last change. The draft contains your answers and organization details. It excludes your name, email, consent and report access links. You can clear the draft at any time. An expired draft is removed on your next visit. The draft is also cleared when your report is created. If browser storage is unavailable or you clear the draft, you can continue in the open tab. Your answers are sent to our server only when you finish the self-assessment. Contact details and answers from completed assessments are stored in encrypted form, accessible only to the site owner, to provide your report and support a certification discussion. Records are deleted after 90 days when the service or dashboard next runs. Emailed copies are processed by our email provider and managed separately under our retention policy. No marketing subscription is created. Do not enter client data, passwords or sensitive technical details.
After completion, the booking link opens Google Calendar, where you provide your details to reserve the meeting. The website may record that you opened the calendar, but does not automatically receive appointment confirmation. Your report is not automatically passed to Google Calendar; please bring it to the meeting.

Data hosting and processing
Complade uses Google Cloud and Zoho Corporation services to host and process certain data.
Website analytics
Google Analytics may collect and store information including IP addresses and information related to your visit. This data is used for analytical purposes to improve the website experience.
Retention and sharing
Data is retained for up to seven years for legal, regulatory, and operational purposes, then securely disposed of or anonymized. Complade does not sell personal data or engage in marketing activities with third parties.
Your rights

Security and updates

Estimate presentation requests
When you request a presentation, Complade stores your name, company name, email address, calculator selections and corresponding estimate to handle your request. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. When email delivery is available and requested, your details and PDF (Portable Document Format) are shared with the configured email provider (Google Gmail or Zoho) to deliver the estimate. Requesting an estimate does not subscribe you to a newsletter or submit a certification application.
