Initial pricing includes Stage 1, Stage 2 and initial registration. Taxes are additional. Travel and accommodation are extra if a visit outside Toronto is needed. Recertification is quoted separately.

ISO 42001, ISO 27701 and ISO 9001

Services from 1 January 2027. Pricing will follow the same method as ISO/IEC 27001 and CyberSecure Canada: the audit hours actually required for the scope, with administrative overhead kept to a minimum through the portal and a streamlined process. Each standard keeps its own audit-time and competence requirements.

For a standard other than ISO/IEC 27001 or CyberSecure Canada, email certification.info@complade.com. Include the standard, activities and proposed scope, people in scope, sites and target dates. Numeric prices for these new services have not yet been published.

Complade customers: 30% off each additional standard

Complade customers receive a 30% discount on the certification fees for each additional standard they add. The quotation shows the base fee and the discount. Required audit time is determined from the scope and applicable rules; the discount does not reduce that time. Taxes and travel are stated separately.

What is included

The published initial certification price includes the Stage 1 audit, Stage 2 audit and initial certification registration. The calculator includes the 30% language adjustment when French or Dutch is selected. Applicable taxes, and travel and accommodation for in-person audits outside Toronto, Ontario, are excluded.

Complade is an independent, impartial certification body. We do not provide ISMS (information security management system) consulting or implementation services.

Applying is free and non-binding. For a firm ISO 27001 quotation, your information security management system (ISMS) must be implemented, with an exact scope statement and confirmed application details.

We review your application and required audit time, then provide the quotation, agreement and non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Review them before deciding whether to sign. Payment is due after the required documents are uploaded, before the Stage 1 review, unless other terms are agreed.

The final price is usually close to the estimate when your scope, details and assumptions remain the same. The estimate does not guarantee the price.
