We're committed to making the process of obtaining and maintaining your certificate straightforward and transparent. Here's how we go about it:
Certification Manager: Your main contact for everything related to certificates.
Managing Director: The person who gives the final nod and signs your certificate.
Audit Report Submission: After your Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits, the Lead Auditor who conducted your audit submits a report along with a recommendation.
Multi-Level Review: Your report and the Lead Auditor's recommendation go through a meticulous three-step review process.
Certificate Creation: Once reviewed, our Certification Manager prepares your certificate.
Final Approval: The Managing Director signs your certificate, making it official.
Certificate Issuance: The client will receive the certificate package via email within two weeks of receiving final approval.
Initiating a Request: Need changes to your certificate? No problem. Just reach out to us.
Special Audits: Depending on the change, we might need to conduct a special audit.
New Certificate or Update: We'll either issue a new certificate or update your existing one based on the audit findings.
Suspension: If we find issues and you don't address them within 30 business days, you risk suspension.
Cancellation: Continued issues will lead to cancellation.
Reinstatement: Addressing the issues can lead to reinstating your certificate.
Immediate Suspension: For serious violations, immediate suspension may be necessary.
Client Response: You have the opportunity to respond and possibly put the suspension on hold.
Corrective Actions: Agreed-upon corrective actions will be reviewed and must be implemented.
Certificate Scope: Your certification scope may be reduced for consistent failure to comply.
Archiving: Cancelled certificates are archived for 3 months.
