International accreditation recognition refund
The conditions for a refund when SCC accreditation recognition is the sole reason a valid certificate is rejected.
If a valid ISO/IEC 27001 certificate issued by Complade within its SCC-accredited scope is rejected solely because that accreditation is not recognized in a country or economy covered by the applicable international recognition arrangement, Complade will refund 100% of the certification fees paid to Complade for that certificate.
Refund conditions
The certificate must be valid, its scope must cover the activities concerned, and the written rejection must identify recognition of SCC accreditation as the sole reason. The accreditation scope and recognition arrangement applicable at the date of rejection are used to review the claim.
The refund does not apply to an expired, suspended or withdrawn certificate, insufficient certification scope, requirements outside ISO/IEC 27001, or a contract, regulation or tender requiring a specifically named certification body. Buyers and authorities may set their own requirements; check them before committing.
