About the role
Join Complade’s independent Certification team to review audit packages, make impartial certification decisions and maintain our internal Quality Management System (QMS). Working separately from Audit Delivery, you will use our proprietary AI-assisted platform to support efficient, evidence-based reviews. Certification decisions remain the responsibility of competent, authorized people.
Key responsibilities
- Review client applications and scopes of work. Assign audit teams according to auditor competence and relevant industry codes.
- Conduct objective technical reviews of completed audit reports and supporting artifacts against applicable requirements and internal service level agreements.
- Make final, evidence-based certification decisions and issue certificates within your authorization, independently of the audit team.
- Maintain and improve internal policies and the QMS in line with ISO/IEC 17021-1 and Complade’s internal standards.
- Track monthly and quarterly performance, including review turnaround times and internal nonconformity rates.
Qualifications
- Active ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification is required. Role authorization also depends on demonstrated technical competence and impartiality.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, IT audit or compliance process management.
- A structured, analytical approach and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, efficient workflows.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with defined service levels and performance indicators.
- Professional fluency in English is required; trilingual proficiency in English, French and Dutch is strongly preferred for reviewing multilingual audit packages and communicating with audit teams.
