Who this session is for

For Community Futures leaders and staff responsible for borrower information, cloud systems and outsourced information technology (IT). We will discuss the certification requirements and the evidence a small team needs to prepare.

What we will cover

• Defining the scope around lending, advisory services and supporting systems
• Working with your IT provider to gather evidence
• Staff training, audit preparation and maintaining certification

We will also walk through preparation resources, the audit stages, the portal and pricing. The session ends with questions and answers.
